The best basic Italian Meatball Recipe comes from my friend Mario.  Everyone always refers to these as Mario’s Famous Family Meatball Recipe and can be used in everything from spaghetti and meatballs to meatball subs.

Ingredients:
3 Eggs, beaten
3/4 cup Milk
3 cups Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
2 tsp Salt
3 lb Ground Beef

Instructions:
1. Mix together the eggs, milk, bread crumbs, chopped onion and salt in a large bowl.
2. Add the ground beef to the bowl and mix well.
3. Form 1″ meatballs with the mixture (this will make approximately 6 dozen meatballs).
4. Place the meatballs on two large baking pans.
5. Bake the meatballs at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
